In the price everythings is included, the final cleaning too.

The apartments usualy are rented from Saturday to Saturday within to 11.00 am.

To have a reservation we need to receive a deposit of 30% the total price

The minimum period of stay is 2 nights.

HIGHT SEASON: from 21/12 to 6/1; from 15/5 to 18/9;

LOW SEASON: from 18/9 to 21/12; from 6/1 to 15/5.

The weeks some holiday, are included in the higt season.
