In the heart of this magical beauty in the countryside that surrounds nearby Asciano, is a hill from the top of which you can see the surrounding landscape with a complete 360 view: CHIUSURE, which got its name from the Italian word "closure", since it divides the valleys where the rivers Ombrone and Asso run.

It can reached by a road that winds through the Crete Senesi and the rolling hills up to the small village, creating a breathtaking portrait painted by time in the traveller's eye. We are struck by the spell of its contours and colours.

The narrow roads, the step that go up and down, are in harmony with every narrow street, each house that looks onto the other and climb up to the castle of Chiusure, from which the village got its name. Returning down to the centre of the medieval village, you find yourself at the central square with its ancient well, and it's from there that your wonderful dream begins.
